Being A Good Neighbour
We want you to enjoy living in your home. We hope that when things go wrong that you can in the first instance speak to your neighbours to resolve any problems that have occurred. However if you cannot do this and you need assistance we may be able to help.
We have a Neighbours Relations Policy which states what Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) is and what complaints we will/ will not deal with.
If the behaviour is criminal please report this in the first instance to the Police on 101.
The majority of complaints we receive are about noise. When dealing with these we consider:
- The duration, frequency, intensity of the noise
- The time of the incident
- Whether it is the first time or repeated incidents
If you are experiencing this you can also contact Renfrewshire Council Community Partnership Team to visit your home Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am to 3.55pm on 07768 988186. Outwith these hours you can notify the Wardens Service on 0300 300 0380 (Option 1) or Police Scotland on 101
Further information on Renfrewshire Council Community Safety can be found in the Renfrewshire Community Safety Partnership leaflet.
Please note that due to the Covid 19 restrictions, these Council services may not be fully available at this time
We also want you to enjoy living in your neighbourhood and have an Estate Management Policy which details how the Association deals with the management of its estates
