Ending Your Tenancy

If you would like to end your tenancy you will need to give us 4 weeks (28 days) notice in writing, this can be by either completing our termination of tenancy form or by sending us a letter or email.

During this period you will need to continue to pay your rent and service charges and provide access for us to come in and inspect the property.

At the end of your 28 day notice period please ensure your property and garden is clear of all your belongings and return the keys back to our office.

If you need assistance disposing of any bulk items you do not want to take with you please phone our bulk uplift line 0141 583 4102 and arrange to get them taken away.

Ending your tenancy properly can save you unwanted additional charges.

NB  If you are a joint tenant and only one of you wants to end their interest in the tenancy, please complete our Joint Tenant Termination Form

Abandonment of Tenancy

If we have reason to believe you have moved out of your tenancy but have not ended it with us, we will implement our abandonment policy.

Details of the abandonment policy can be found here
