How to register and bid
We advertise all of our opportunities valued above £50,000 on the Scottish Government's Public Contracts Scotland website and as a first step in supplying to us, and the wider Scottish public sector we encourage prospective contractors or suppliers to register with Public Contracts Scotland. https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/
If you see a contract advertised that your company is interested in tendering for, you should follow the instructions given in the Contract Notice or advert.
How the system works
We follow a procurement process when purchasing goods and services which is laid out in more details in our Procurement Policy.
Some of our higher value contracts for works and services exceed the threshold for Scottish Regulated or EU procurement, and in those instances the Association will utilise procurement processes which are compliant with the relevant legislation
