Tenant & Owner Satisfaction Results 2025
We are pleased to share the results of our 2025 Customer Satisfaction Surveys, reflecting our ongoing commitment to transparency and delivering the highest standards of service for both tenants and factored owners.
This year’s results show strong levels of confidence in the services we provide. Tenant customer satisfaction reached 92.6%, demonstrating the value placed on our responsiveness, communication, and day‑to‑day support. Our factored owners reported a satisfaction level of 83.33%, highlighting positive progress in how we manage properties, maintain communal areas, and keep owners informed.
This survey is carried out every three years, and the results will be formally reported to the Scottish Housing Regulator next year. To ensure independence and confidentiality, the survey is conducted anonymously by Research Resource, using a mix of telephone and face‑to‑face interviews. If a researcher visits your home, the bearer of this letter will be an employee of Research Resource and will be able to provide appropriate identification for verification.
We will continue to publicise these results through our website, newsletters, and regular communications, ensuring that both tenants and owners remain fully informed about how we are performing. Sharing these outcomes openly helps us celebrate what we are doing well while also identifying opportunities to improve further.
Our goal remains clear: to deliver excellent customer service and continually raise standards across all areas of our work. These results reflect the trust our customers place in us, and we are committed to building on this success throughout the year ahead.
