Paisley Housing Association is currently consulting on our annual review of our rent, service charge and planned maintenance priorities. The views of our tenants are extremely important and influential to us.This consultation will be open from Friday 31st January 2025 to midday on Friday 14th February 2025.
This year we are consulting on two options:
Option A: A 5% increase in rent
Option B: A 4.5% increase in rent

All tenants should have received details of what this will mean to them, and details of what the proposed new service charges and planned maintenance priorities will be for the next year.
