Paisley Housing Association is developing our Customer Involvement Strategy, a plan that sets out how we listen to you, involve you in decisions, and work together to improve the services that matter most.  Your voice is at the heart of everything we do, that’s why we’d love to hear your ideas, experiences, and suggestions as part of this consultation of the Strategy. This is your chance to shape real change in your community.

Interested in having an even bigger impact? Join our Customer View Panel, this will be a formed group of tenants who help us understand what’s working, what needs to improve, and what changes will make the biggest difference.
