Following open tenders via Public Contracts Scotland we are pleased to advise we have awarded our service contracts for 2024 – 2026;
Garden Maintenance
We have appointed M Squared as our garden maintenance contractor. M Squared will start work on our gardens in early April 2024.
Close Cleaning
We have appointed CAS Contract Cleaning as our close cleaning contractor. CAS will start work cleaning our closes week commencing 8th April 2024. Tenement Steps will continue to carry out close cleaning until CAS take over.
Bulk Uplift & Bin Assistance
We have reappointed Caledonian Maintenance. This service will continue as normal.
Common Heating Energy Supplier
We have appointed Crown Gas as our Energy Supplier for properties in George Pl/St & Storie St serviced by our common heating system. This contract will be reviewed again in September 2025.
We envisage that it will be a smooth transition over to our new contractors, however, if you experience any issues with any of the above services, please contact us straight away to allow us to deal with these at the earliest opportunity, ensuring you, our tenants and factored owners, receive the best possible service.
