The Scottish Government is undertaking an evaluation of the Reaching 100% Programme (R100).
R100 is a Scottish Government Programme which aims to extend 'superfast' broadband (or quicker) to 100% of premises across Scotland.
The evaluation aims to understand whether and how households and organisations / businesses have benefited from the programme.
To help facilitate this, we are undertaking surveys of households and organisations / businesses who:
- have been provided with broadband via the programme and have taken up the connection
- have been provided with broadband via the programme but have not taken up the connection
- are scheduled to receive broadband via the programme
The surveys cover specific properties which fall into one of the above three categories; not all properties in Scotland are covered by the R100 programme at present.
