The most recent Paisley Housing Association Annual Report to Tenants on our outcomes against the Scottish Social Housing Charter prove our performance is continuously improving and provides customers with excellent service and satisfaction. Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR)

SHR have published ‘How we regulate: a guide for tenants and service users.' Which includes a BSL video.

How we regulate: A guide for tenants and service users

• • who SHR are and what they do,

  • what you can expect from your landlord,

  • how you can find out about your landlord’s performance; and

  • how to raise a concern about your landlord

SHR are also working with British Sign Language Scotland (BSL) to make a version of the guide for BSL users. They will be launching this soon and will let you know when its available.

They have also produced two short videos about who they are and what they do and how to raise a concern about a social landlord.
