Following a recent procurement exercise, Paisley Housing Association has appointed a new range of contractors to deliver our Reactive Repairs service.
These appointments came into effect on 1 April 2026 and will help ensure we continue to provide a high‑quality, responsive repairs and maintenance service for our customers.
Our appointed contractors are:
- Joinery: Consilium; F Swords & Sons; HCS Mechanical
- Electrical: ALWURK Ltd; Consilium Contracting; F Swords & Sons
- Plumbing: Valley Group; Consilium; HCS Mechanical
- Voids: Bell Decorating; MP Group; I.B Contract
- Out of Hours: Consilium
- Roofing / Multi‑Trade: Evana Group; F Swords & Sons
Reporting a Repair
There is no change to how customers report repairs. Repairs can continue to be reported in the normal way:
- By phone: Call 0141 889 7105 and select from the options available
- This includes our out of hours service in the event of emergencies - calls will be redirected to our out of hours contractor - Consilium
- Online: By completing the repair form on our website
