We carry out a housing options appointment system to join our housing list.  This is to ensure that we are giving you the best advice on your housing needs.

On the first Monday of each month (or Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday) we open our housing enquiry form for appointments for the month ahead.  When the appointments for the month are full, we close our housing enquiry form.

Appointments for the month of March have now been filled. We will not have any new appointments available until April.

Please check back on Tuesday 1st April 2025 when new appointments will be made available.

We would also encourage you to consider applying to other housing providers in the area to maximise your access to housing.

Before submitting a Housing Enquiry form to us, we would recommend that you read the information below which provides details of the turnover we have had in our housing stock.

The information below details the date a property was last let in specific street, as well as the size and type of the last property available.

Paisley Housing Association has committed to offering 35% of all allocations to Renfrewshire Council referrals.

The remainder of the allocations will be offered to the following groups- 

Mobility  (Transfer & Direct) – 10%

General Need (Direct) - 40%

Transfer (Need) - 10%

Transfer (Aspirational) – 5%

Our staff will be able to advise you of the prospects of receiving a suitable offer based on your priority award and the areas/size and types of property you have selected.
