For factored owners who have taken out PHA block insurance policy

You should call the usual Bruce Stevenson (Howden Group Scotland) number, 0131 553 2293, if a relevant insurance claim is to be made. Please note as well as the weekends, Bruce Stevenson’s office will be closed 25-26 December and 1-2 January, but this number has an out of hours service. 

As usual, if emergency repairs are required to stop further damage, these ( reasonable ) repairs can be done without contacting Bruce Stevenson first , although ideally you should take photos before and after the repair(s) and then contact Bruce Stevenson , as quickly as possible, during their office opening hours.
