Adaptations

If you or someone you live with needs support to live in your home, it may be possible to make an adaptation to make it more suitable for your needs.

For example by: 

• replacing a bath with a level access shower
• fitting grab rails
• fitting lower work surfaces to make the kitchen easier to use

They will visit and assess what changes you need in your home then make a referral to us to carry out the work.
